During the recent change in market conditions, we have been able to successfully assist buyers and sellers with the acquistion and sale of short sales. Our goals in working with sellers of short sale properties is to get the properties under contract as soon as possible and providing seller assistance to work out an amenable solution with the leinholder therein allowing the seller to make the transition they desire.
Similarly with buyers looking to purchase either bank owned or short sale properties, we are able to develop sound strategies to assist them with the acquisition of this type of property.
We have also listed and sold bank owned property successfully. By being proficient in successfully creating solutions that work for both parties, we have been able to increase our closed business volume year over year.
