Ours is a small, but eclectic Island featuring historic districts, a vibrant resort market, condominiums as well as the standard residential districts seen in most locations and markets.

Galveston Island Real Estate is a new company, opened in February of 2007. While our company is new, our location and staff represent familiar faces to the Galveston and West Galveston communities.

Things just work a little differently here...our pace is slower and the key phrase to remember is "manana" translated into the English 'tomorrow' from Spanish.

While our lifestyle may dictate 'tomorrow' our approach to customer service, knowledge of the real estate product and our technology base is definitely 'today!' Our Broker and Managing Partner bring a cumulative 50+ years of real estate experience to bear for our clients. Each of our agents is very much aware of our market and can assist a client in selling or buying a property in Galveston County.

Our office location, at the entrance to the Village of Jamaica Beach on West Galveston Island, is reminiscent of a Tiki hut and has been a community icon in Jamaica Beach for 50 years. It's an old place, with a brand new face!
