I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. I worked for a real estate law firm for 12 years, and a residential real estate developer for 9. Working in the law firm was a natural transition to the real estate developer. I was responsible for selling the homes, preparing all contracts, keeping track of all upgrades involved, and representing the Selller at all closings. In addition I made most of the interior and exterior color selections, lighting, cabinetry, counter tops and flooring choices as well. I made the change to Bay Realty in September 2009.
My real estate market is Washington County, Rhode Island, with a concentration in the Towns of Narragansett and South Kingstown. In addition to the standard real estate services, I offer Sellers my home staging services. I feel that when a home as been listed with me I should do everything in my power to get that home ready to show to the best of the homes potential. I will gladly stage your home, and help you with the cleaning and organization. In addition I have many contacts in the construction industry which make it possible to get repairs made and home inspection issues resolved.
