JACK DAVIDSON has been in real estate since the year 2000. He comes from a multi-faceted background in both on-air radio and television broadcasting in the late 80s, and is an honours graduate in Computer Science and Business at Seneca college.

After 27 years living and working in Toronto, Jack set his sights northward and relocated to barrie in 2004. Through further education and professional development along with strong people skills, solid negotiating abilities, and sharp eye for detail, Jack demonstrates a real pro-active advocacy for his clients.

As he puts it, ”Real estate today is far more complex today than even just several years ago. It’s important to have someone in your corner with a clear understanding of the process while navigating the intricacies of buying and selling. My sole focus is on the customer experience, not just making you feel heard, but actually listened to."

Today, Jack is a Real Estate Broker at Re/Max Crosstown Realty Inc. With an emphasis on residential real estate: Freehold, Condominium, Re-sale, and New Construction. His client roster includes investors, first-time buyers, growing families, career and/or military moves, and downsizers.

A member of CREA, OREA, and Toronto and Barrie Real Estate Boards, Jack is also a musician and an avid boater. Occasionally you may find him out on the waters of Lake Simcoe and Georgian Bay, or enjoying some live jazz in one of the local bistros in town.
