It is always stressful to buy a home especially in this market, we were faced with a shortage of available homes to see, everything listed was a short sale but we wanted to be able to get in a new home quickly because our apartment lease was ending. We were able to get the home we wanted in the price range we wanted, the sq ft and number of bedrooms, baths we wanted and with Jackie's help our bid was accepted over 12 other offers. We closed in around 30 days, very quickly and including a couple delays because the seller was out of the country. Jackie is truly a 24/7 agent, was on time for appointments which is important to get into all the gated neighborhoods and was always quick to answer questions and txts. |
