Having played Minor league baseball in my prime youth years, and a current active yoga enthusiast, it helps me to be a strong, conscious, present, and compassionate negotiator. I utilize the latest technology, social media, and television while marketing your home through competitive insight. With a typical response time of 24 hours or less, you will feel comfortable knowing your questions and concerns are being answered or worked on. Having my Brokers license and some lending background, I can help you every step of the way to see the big picture with your real estate portfolio. A portion of my sales goes to a local non profit called launch five for five that helps struggling millenials, usually 18-30 years of age get on their feet to have a great resume and kick start their careers.

With a Real Estate and Mortgage background since June of 2005 the majority of my business comes from referral and past clients. I enjoy empowering others with the dream turned into reality of owning a home in today's market. It's great to help a client find their dream home, find a home that needs work, and or income property. My goals are to help and educate everyone I talk to regarding real estate and mortgage whether they choose to do business with me or not.

Specialties: My area of expertise are with first time home buyers, investors, and short sales. I'm now designated as a Certified homebuyer assistant program specialist. SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Designation as of 1/21/2018

Board Member with the Novato Chamber , Ambassador Novato Chamber, and Leadership Graduate Novato. Incoming 2021 Board Member for Marin Association of Realtors. Rotary Club Ignacio.

Magical Point Reyes Station Home

This is a once in a lifetime quintessential rural property offering approximately 7.4 acres of mostly flat land. In the same family since 1977, the current owners are the second. They bought this home because of the spaciousness of the land and lovely tire swing. This magical lot consists of a sundrenched main home with approximately 2,400 of living square feet. There are three separate parcels with a conservatory, detached garage with a kitchenette and an office overlooking a private pond stocked with Koi fish. Enjoy being minutes to downtown Point Reyes Station.

Certifications

Areas of service Marin, Sonoma, San Francisco, Alameda, and Contra Costa Counties.

My focus has been first time home buyers and educating them on financing options, how much they will need to make to qualify for a home purchase, and sellers that are upside down that need to negotiate a short sale to allow the lender to forgive most of the loss on the loan not being paid off at the close of escrow. Investors that are searching for cash flow properties, bank owned properties, fixers, etc. Specializing in short sales and bank owned homes in the bay area and surrounding areas.
