Allyn and Associates has been involved in the real estate market in Arizona since 1960, when our founder, Jim Allyn, Sr. started Allyn Land and Cattle Company in Prescott Valley, AZ. 

Since then, we have helped our clients buy and sell every type of property all over the state.  Our deals have ranged from property assembly and development to water rights deals, to new and resale home purchases for homeowners and investors.  We are skilled in 1031 exchanges, hard money transactions, property flipping, simultaneous closes, and cash flow properties of nearly all sizes.

Our principles have remained the same since the beginning, to treat our customers fairly, and to help them make good deals.  We are focused on helping clients get rich, and to helping our communities in the process. 

We are involved in many local organizations, and we make sure to have a representatave at most important city and County meetings.  We are members of the Apache Junction Chamber of commerce, and have attended many of Pinal County's forums, such as the Open Spaces Plan meetings, Superstition Vistas meetings, and the Pinal County Planning and Zoning Meetings.
