With over a 15 years of experience in the real estate, mortgage, and credit industries, I have just about seen and done it all.  With experience as a processor, loan officer, loan manager, and branch manager, I have performed just about every task available when it comes to loan origination.  While the laws and certain aspects of the mortgage industry have changed drastically, I still believe that the ultimate asset for a client is a loan officer that listens and is able to provide a mortgage solution tailored to THEIR needs and goals. 

A few years ago, the world was the borrower’s oyster, allowing just about everyone to get a loan from just about anyone.  Those days have come and gone, and most lenders aren’t considering potential borrowers with less than stellar credit scores AND a substantial down payment.  While several programs exist today that allow home buyers to purchase with little or no money down, unless your credit score is in the mid-600 range, good luck finding a loan.  With my experience in the credit repair and mortgage industries, I can help clients of all credit and financial situations find a solution to their home mortgage needs.  While that doesn’t always translate into having a loan closing in 30 days, it does mean that I can educate you in taking the necessary steps to help you get your credit and finances in order so home ownership can become a reality in the near future.
