My specialty is helping buyers find the best deal on investment properties by adding a great deal of local knowledge about the area that they cannot find on the internet search sites.
I also help sellers to market their properties in the most up to date technological way possible. Sellers know that the old real estate sales model of dumping a listing on the mls and waiting is gone for good. I assist sellers in building marketing materials and connecting them listing to the internet sites used by the tech savvy professionals today.
I graduated from Georgia Tech in 1968. After working as an engineer for almost twenty years, I attended Georgia State University's School of Law and obtained by JD degree in 1985. I worked as a lawyer for more than 20 years specializing in real estate related transactions.
I represented lenders doing foreclosures, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions. I also built a residential closing practice and had offices in two towns on the west side of Atlanta.
In 2005, I decided to launch my third career and moved to the Gulf Coast and obtained my real estate sales license in Florida and Alabama. In 2009 I upgraded my Florida license from sales to broker and did the same in Alabama in early 2010.
I presently operate as a sole proprietor broker in Pensacola, Florida and as a broker associate with Realty Executives Gulf Coast in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
