I sold around $5,000,000 in Real Estate in 2007. I was also selected for an Marketing Award from Realtor.com for my marketing ability on their website. My average days on the market for one of my listings (as of 6/1/2008) is 59 days. The average for the Columbus Board of Realtors as of (6/1/2008) is 112 days.
