Knowledge being the base of our mission statement I have earned the Accredited Buyer Representative - ABR, Graduate REALTOR Institute - GRI, Commercial Real Estate Professional - C-Rep, Certified Residential Specialist - CRS.
We work with foreclosure properties the most. However, covering the valley and working for several banks or asset companies has caused us to also become very knowledgable about the market and the time it takes to move a property. Having access to all three Multiple Listing Services in the Valley we have the ability to market your listings to all agents not just an area. We also use several other web sites to get that property exposure that is needed so much today.
When working with buyers we cut the time required by conducting a buyer interview to ID your needs and then we do the work to locate 3-5 properties that could work for you. Let us do the work and save the time.
