Janet Farley - Manager and marketing of a Default Services Company for 23 years.  During tenure with the company, Specialized grew from 5 employees to over 200 employees.  Specialized worked with Banks and Mortgage companies outsourcing default functions involved with servicing Residential Mortgages.  Default functions included working with REO Departments and Asset Management Companies.  Janet used her broker's license in California to process foreclosures through the trustee, Specialized.  The company was sold in 2000, and Janet moved to North Carolina.  Using the experience as a Broker in California, Janet received a North Carolina Broker's License and began listing and selling REO Properties.  As Managing Broker of Covenant Realty, Janet brings years of Default and REO experience to the Real Estate Industry in NC.  The Default experience is valuable in solving issues in order to market and bring the REO properties to a successful closing.  Designations include REO Certification, Advanced Evaluation Certification, BPO Certification, and Short Sale Certification making Janet an effective Broker in today’s changing market.
