I have always had a hand in real estate. I started at 21 years old buying a fixer for my own first home.  I purchased many investment properties and personal residences before getting into the business.  I am extremely trained in all areas including luxury homes to Short Sales / REOs, foreclosure properties. I also have special training in multi-unit investment properties. Having a love for real estate and people made being a realtor a perfect fit.  

My love for the South Bay runs deep.  I participate in the local 5 k runs, play beach volleyball and my bike is on the strand as often as I can.  I love to swim in the ocean, ride horses in Rolling Hills Estates, eat tacos on Tuesday nights and socialize.  I feel that the South Bay is the most wonderful place in the world. I am a member of the Beach Cities Ski Club which is a great mix of locals who love the outdoors and have many events. I volunteer at the local festivities.

My new venture is a local Manhattan Beach Professional Group. I have organized a group of local business men and women who meet once a week to refer business to one another, support and encourage.

I have had my own brokerage and worked with about 50 realtors under my direction and training.  I have organized and hosted multiple real estate seminars and investment trainings.  I have had the opportunity to sell residential real estate all over the nation.  I am connected with many multi-millionaire investors and developers to help my clients have the opportunity to invest in property that is a perfect fit.  I do not believe in limiting myself to the California market.  I learned savvy negotiating skills in all market places.  I will negotiate the best deal for my clients. 

I love helping people find the perfect property whether it is their first home or they are buying a larger property or an investment.  I love to get to know my clients' needs and help them through the whole process from start to finish.
