Janice is the current owner/broker of Windermere Signature Collection in Antioch and Discovery Bay. She comes with eleven years experience in East County. Currently she is serving as a Director with the Delta Association of Realtors and has been actively involved with Women's Council of Realtors. She recently completed a four day training course to become a mediator. Her personal business partner, Cindy Ehling, has been in the business since 1992. She is currently serving as Secretary for the East Contra Costa Historical Society and writes an article for the prestigious "One Ten" magazine about up and coming developments. Keeping informed about local issues and working to make her community a better place is one of her core values. Together, we share the same approach to our industry which is to keep the clients' needs and goals as the highest priority in any transaction. We employ cutting edge technologies as a regular part of our marketing strategy.
