I specialize in customer service for home buyers and home sellers. For first time home buyers, I offer a free, no obligation, first time home buyer session. It takes about 20 minutes and we discuss the steps to purchasing, how much it will cost to buy, and your choices as a buyer (to be represented or not to be represnted that IS the question). This session will assist in making an educated decision on buying or renting. For the more experienced buyer, I provide representation to buyers and do not practice dual agency. They will get the communication and follow-ups that you deserve. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (R), REALTOR(R) member, and an Associate Broker. For Sellers, I am very dedicated to my sellers and therefore will only take a certain number of residential listings. This is because I believe that one person can only do so much. I take pride in my listings and respect the Sellers who I represent. Realizing that communication is important, I have found that I can represent my Seller-clients better if I limit the listings I obtain. I advertise extensively using websites, technology, local newspapers, flyers, postcards, and I cooperate with all licensed real estate agents. I am also an Accredited Seller Representative(R).
