Investing in real estate is a mix of investing your time, money and emotions.  It's one of the most important financial transactions we can make, and it's equally important to add a competent and established realtor into that mix.  More often than not, it's the realtor who makes the entire process a successful one for all involved: buyers/sellers, mortgage lenders, title companies, homebuilders and investors.  My philosophy is to commit to my clients who are buying or selling property to "make the process successful for all involved" in each of our real estate transactions. 

After a successful career in corporate public relations, I decided to change gears and become a realtor because of a "gentle push" from my brother, a successful commercial realtor.  A Kansas farm kid and graduate of Wichita State University, I believe my strong work ethic has guided my actions throughout life.   Within 2 years of becoming a realtor, The Ramsey Group was formed.  I began assimilating a team who I trusted to have similar ethics as mine-my 3 daughters!  Collectively, we offer 30 years of experience in residential and commercial transactions.  To ensure our clients are represented to the best of our abilities, we focus our efforts mainly in Tarrant & Denton counties marketing residential, foreclosures and commercial properties. 

The majority of my business is in Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, Keller, Trophy Club, Roanoke, Fort Worth, North Richland Hills, Argyle, Denton, Hurst, Bedford and Euless.  Grapevine is a community where a good real estate background in residential and commercial is helpful.  With 2 festivals a year (Mainstreet Days in the spring and Grapefest in the fall) each attracting around 250,000 festival goers; 11 wineries; and the huge influx of new tourist based businesses in Grapevine, tourism is becoming a major revenue source for the community.  Tourism brings future home buyers or people wanting commercial opportunities. 

Along with supporting national and local real estate organizations, I believe in giving back to my community (Grapevine) through volunteerism but know that to spread yourself to thin doesn't do justice for any civic organization.  Thus, I belong to Rotary International in Grapevine and am active within this organization in sister clubs in Southlake, Westlake and Keller.  It keeps me abreast of what is going on within each community.

Through my work, I've had the privilege of being "guided" by some of the best people in the United States.  All very service minded individuals or companies, it made good since for me to declare QUALITY SERVICE as paramount in my interaction with my clients and peers in the industry (lenders, other agents, inspectors, closing officers, appraisers, etc.).  I take pride in the way my group manages a transaction from beginning to end, always striving to make the process a good one for all involved.  It's important to buyers and sellers to believe they are being well represented by the best.  I believe I offer that kind of service. 

I work with the first-time buyer/seller, the seasoned buyer/seller or investor differently because of their need, not mine!  As an example, some buyers/sellers require more information and guidance through the process of securing or selling real estate-it's my job to see that they have the information needed to make a sound decision; some require more facts to support their decision to purchase or sell--it's my job to see that they receive those facts. 

Equally important to representing the buyer or seller to the best of my abilities, is to provide the best service I can to those I work with in completing a transaction--my peers in the industry-lenders, other agents, closing officers, inspectors, appraisers, etc.  Ultimately, it helps the buyer or seller navigate through this side of the transaction without undue stress.
