Jarrod Westerlund in a fifth generation resident of the Central Coast. After graduating from UC. Davis with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Urban Planning, Jarrod moved to Los Angeles and started selling real estate for Mulhearn Realtors in the Cerritos CA Office. He was named Rookie of the year in 2000. In 2003 Jarrod decided to move Santa Maria to start a family and continue working in the Real Estate Industry. Since 2000 Jarrod has continued to be a top producing realtor. As the market has shifted from a traditional market to an REO/Short Sale driven Market, Jarrod has shifted his focus and has developed relationships with several banks to market and sell bank owned properties.
