| My wife and I met Jason at one of the open houses he was holding. We thought he was a very honest and straightforward person, and we decided to ask him to be our realtor based on the initial impression we got of him. As we were relocating from a different state, we wanted to move quickly and throughout the process Jason was always on top of things and made time for us even with last minute requests. When we found the house we wanted, he knew exactly what it would take to get the house without overpaying for it. He constantly checked in with us even after the contract was pending and closed. He made the process as easy as possible by helping us with little things like providing a list of utility companies, introducing us to a good handyman, etc. Jason is very professional, knowledgeable, easy to be around and someone with integrity. | Jason knows the market. He does his research on comps and he finds the sweet spot in listing price. He was very helpful in getting our house ready to sell. Hiring painters, repairmen, etc. and scheduling their work. He guided us all the way in terms of what we needed to do to get our home ready to sell. And while the market was very hot at the time of sale, we also attribute Jason's expertise on listing price, home preparation and marketing to the right population. Our house sold almost as soon as we listed. Jason gets the job done. |

| Jason was a complete partner and amazing resource when selling our home in Bellevue. From the beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a positive one as well as assuring that we secured top dollar on the value of our home. He was incredibly thorough and explained every step of the process as we were going through it. Our situation was extremely challenging for me because my husband had to move cross country and start his new job 6 months before my daughters and I were able to join him. I became a "Geographical Bachelorette" - I was working full-time, preparing for an out-of-state move, planning a huge family event, and keeping up with two very active school-age children while trying to sell our house . | When we planned to purchase a home, we didn’t know where to go. We didn’t have friends that could refer us to reliable agent. One day, we saw a condo that we liked in English Cove. We contacted the seller agent and he called us within seconds after we sent him an email. That is how we knew Jason E. Cook. Although it was on Sunday, we made an appointment to meet at English Cove condo. From the first meeting, he has provided us lots of valuable information. He even sent us a first homebuyer guideline. From that first impression, we finally decided to go with Jason as our buyer agent. We provided him our requirements and he responded to us immediately. His communication was excellent. Whenever we contacted him, even at night times and weekends, he responded within minutes. Whenever we needed him, he arranged time for meeting in our preferable locations. He was very patient even if we needed longer time to see some properties. He helped us in every process even when we got delay from our mortgage lender. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions - coordinating move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning (including offering to do the carpet cleaning himself if no one else was available) and staging, scheduling open houses and welcoming every potential buyer with a smile. He did a phenomenal job of marketing, including creating a customized website, direct mail campaign, follow-ups with buyers agents, and many other small and large tasks. Negotiations and documents were a breeze with his guidance. Definitely a great realtor to have on your team! |

| I worked with Jason Cook to purchase my current home. I would highly recommend him for is professionalism, attention to detail, politeness, and negotiation skills. I had specific requirements for the home I wanted to purchase and he took the time to find many options, so much so that I found multiple homes that met my criteria. I had limited purchasing funds and he again made sure to follow my requests and his negotiation skills really helped to keep me below my limit. He has knowlege in working with a short sale as well as a bank owned property, I made bids on both types and ended up purchasing a bank owened property. From his previous work experience he has extensive knowelge in Seattle and the surrounding area. Everytime we went out on a long day of viewing homes my parents came along and Jason was extremely polite and friendly with them. He was very quick in responding to my many questions and always made the time to meet with me when it was needed.
