Get to know Jason Ellis
Growing up in a family that has had a real estate brokerage firm since before I was born has helped me understand the TRUE value of a wise real estate decision. I have been involved in almost every aspect of real estate. After I graduated from college, I went into real estate appraising (after all I had a built in referral source). Several years later I moved to South Florida, where as a licensed real estate and mortgage broker I worked with everyone from investors to people looking for their first home.
In the fall of 1999 an opportunity opened up at Legends Resort. After weighing all of my options and investigating the real estate market in Myrtle Beach, I made the decision to move. This has turned out to be one of the better choices I have made. The market here is flourishing and has an unbelievable amount of room for growth.
