I like to specialize in the islands and beach areas catering to real estate for water sports lovers, but I have enough area knowledge to help you find what you want, no matter what locations and features are important to you. I came to my present position with Prime Properties of Savannah from a diverse background which includes a long and successful career in the computer and electronics field as well as a family owned real estate appraisal and title research firm.  I moved to Savannah from Spartanburg, SC in 1995 where I lived for twenty-three years.  Since that time I have grown to love this area of the country and now call Tybee Island "the home I hate to leave".  The combination of the historic charm, the coastal lifestyle, and the diversity of the region has made me feel like this is the place to call home. As a graduate of Spartanburg Technical College with an industrial electronics degree, I learned a lot about customer service by not only working as field service representatives for several large world class technology firms, but by owning a successful computer and electronics firm for my first three years in Savannah.  After 22 years in the technology field I discovered that as technology evolves things become more disposable, but real estate tends to become more valuable.  It is this realization that inspired me to leave the technology industry and become an appraiser, step in as the president and owner of the family real estate business, and become a licensed real estate agent.  

I gained a lot of area knowledge working as an appraiser for almost 8 years and by covering five local counties.  I bring to the table that knowledge gained from valuing a variety of properties in a variety of areas along with honesty and valuable customer service skills.  I want to help you find the value in both your property you may wish to sell and the property you may be looking to purchase.
