I am an Independant Real Estate Broker offering a full range of services to buyers and sellers including: full service listings from only 3.9%, no fee buyers agency, and MLS only listings only $495! After 4 years at a large Wisconsin Brokerage, I made the move to open my own brokerage to be able to have more flexibility in servicing my buyers and sellers. I have achieved the designations of ABR (accredited buyers representative) and GRI (graduate realtors institute), and have finished the training for the CRS (council of residential specialists). HUD certified and experienced in short sales and forclosure properties. I service Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, and Ozaukee county.
On a personal level, I am married, with 2 children and live in Richfield Wisconsin. When I'm not out selling houses, I spend my time with my kids and working on/driving my race car at Charter Raceway Park in Beaver Dam
I do the majority of my business as a buyers agent. I enjoy working with clients to find the right home at the right price, while keeping the transaction hassle and stress free, which is important in the high-stress business of short sales and forclosures. While the majority of my transactions are residential, I also have experience in multi-family and investment/ commercial real estate. I also offer a full range of listing services also, to not only list your home, but to get it sold.
