Myself, I have a degree from Cal Lutheran University in Marketing. I have been in Real Estate for 7 years, but in sales for 17. I have been 100% commission based since day one. I am highly motivated due to the fact I have a wonderful family, 2 boys and stay at home mom. Real Estate is a Carrer to me, not a hobbie or part time job. I work 6 days a week. In real estate, we are not scientist nor are we building pianos as my dad would say, it is simply hard work and dedication that pays off in our industry. I work as both a listing and buying agent for El Dorado and Amador Counites. I specialize in finding homes for people with different types of criteria. Acreage is what I do best, whether it be a home or vacant land, I'll pull the parcel maps and walk the property with you. I don't send my people out with a map and a prayer. I provide personal guilded tours to all my buyers.
