In the spring of 2003 I entered the mortgage industry under the guidance and training of my Father, who at the time had been in the banking industry for over 20 years.  My training consisted of customer service, customer service, and more customer service!  After a few months of learning the basics of mortgage lending, I started searching for my own niche and set of referral partners.  As a lifelong resident of Geauga County, it was natural for me to seek out area residents in need of my services.  With over 5 years of service to my clients and over 1,000 successful loan closings there is not alot that I have not seen.
