Hello my name is Janet Cordova Walliser.  For over 20 years,I have cultivated a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the title industry. Working my way up from an entry-level position as a messenger, I have gained invaluable experience in a number of positions, building an insider’s understanding of the complexities involved in residential title. Since 2004 I have focused on building relationships with real estate agents and lending professionals throughout the High Desert region of San Bernardino County. Along the way there have been changes: a move to Ticor Title and a marriage resulting in a surname change. But the exceptional level of client care that I offers to my customers has remained steadfast, earning me the trust and respect of industry colleagues throughout the region. When I launched her career in title,  I had minimal industry knowledge. I fell into it.  At the time I didn’t even know what title was all about.   That changed as I sought opportunities for professional development.  I believe my outgoing personality, strong communication skills and attention to detail earned me increased responsibil- ities, including a four-year stint as a customer service manager. Every day brought new discoveries, and I eagerly delved into the intricacies involved in the title process. While I enjoyed the challenge of searching for title issues and discovering liens, I found that my true gift was in building and maintaining client relationships. Which I have been doing ever since.

Today, as a member of the Ticor Title team of professionals, Janet upholds the company’s client-centric approach. “I am always focused on ensuring that clients are happy,” says Janet. “This includes my own customer base of real estate agents and lenders, as well as their consumer clientele.” She adds, “Real estate transactions require a team effort, and my aim is to help provide a smooth experience for all parties involved. Professionalism is paramount to ensuring that consumers enjoy a transaction that is as stress-free as possible.” Janet employs an educational approach to her work, taking the time to review and inform her clients on potential issues and red flags. “There are so many components that must come together in order to maintain the flow of a given transaction,” she explains. “When everyone understands what is happening, we are better able to achieve a successful close of escrow.” Janet represents title for residential resales and short-sale transactions. A proactive and purpose-driven approach keeps her focused even during a challenging market. “We face many of the same objections that real estate agents do,” notes Janet. “Through a great leadership team and a sense of camaraderie within our office, Ticor Title specialists are staying motivated and positive, continuing to facilitate successful transactions for our clientele.” Outside of work Janet enjoys downtime with her family. She and her husband are parents to a blended family of five children. The group is active in local sports.
