Twelve-year-old Jerry Davis carried the bundle of shingles up the ladder and placed them on the roof. When interviewing for a job after graduation, the recruiter asked him why the company should hire him and Jerry replied, "Why don't you tell me why I would want to work for your company?" The recruiter was so impressed by his response for his gumption and ability to think outside the box that he hired him that day. Jerry spent the next 14 years working there. That's just the way Jerry is. Dedicated, committed and not afraid to go after what he wants. It is the same way for Jerry in his career in real estate.
