After having a worked at a major franchise real estate company Billy Studstill wanted to start a new company.  After meeting with Jimmy DeLoach, who also worked at one of the big franchise, they began exploring the potential to combine their talents and open up a new real estate firm. Having first had knowledge for various franchises they wanted to incorporate the best aspect of each into the new company.  After much due-diligence a new business model was created.
