1. Jeanie Elliott is an active full-time broker/owner of her own business since 1987, after working with large national

         companies for first 7 years, and has learned the real estate business from the ground up, including the "new"

         technology wave that changed the industry into a cyber real estate business, and is very comfortable with the

         clients choice, rather they prefer the more personal type of real esate relationship or the faster style with the

         conveniences of the new internet real estate experience.

     2.  Jeanie Elliott has both a B.S. Honors Degree and a M.S. Honors Degree in Broadfield Business and a Double

          major in Secondary and Higher Education from Texas A. & M. University in Commerce, Texas, and is a

          small business expert with over 23 years experience in her own company, as well as a women-owned

          business, in addition to her full-time commitment to the real estate industry in the Collin County Texas

          areas.

      3.)  Jeanie Elliott has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1980.

      4.)   She has been awarded a good number of prestigious awards for her real estate experiences over the

              many years and can well document her high level of real estate experience by outside sources that

              selected her from amoung 1,000's of her peers.

       5.)   Jeanie's closed transactions exceed over 3,500 MLS closed, either on the selling side or buying side, or

              both and this does not include the number of large transactions for land sales or sales that were not

              listed in MLS.

        6.)  Jeanie has maintained a separate office for her brokerage business since 1987 in the Plano Texas

              area, the first location being in the Ohio/Preston Road area for 6 years and in her present location

              at 2112 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Suite 100, in Plano Texas now for almost 17 years, and proven her stability

              to be in the real estate industry regardless of the market conditions.

          7.)  Jeanie has completed the requirements and recently been awarded the ABR Accredited Buyers Representative

                and the SRES Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designations by REBAC and the National Association of REALTORS.

                She has also received the SFR Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource certification by the National Association of

                REALTORS, and the TAHS Texas Affordable Housing Specialist certification by the Texas Association of

                REALTORS in 2010.

          8.)  Jeanies long list of awards include many of the more recent from the Dallas "D' magazine for Top Residential

                Dallas Realtor for the Lovejoy ISD, Lucas and Fairview Texas areas from 2002 to 2003 and the "D' magazine

                Best REALTORS in Dallas and Dallas Winner's Circle Awards for also the Lovejoy ISD MLS market area including

                Lucas Texas and Fairview Texas real estate in 2004.  

            9.) Jeanie Elliott was recognized by the National Registry of Who's Who in 1999 to 2000, and is a life-time

                 member.

            10.)  In 1998, Jeanie was awarded an Excellence Award for Top Five Units Producer for all of Collin County Texas

                    by the Collin County Association of REALTORS out of 1,000's of others.

            11.)  In 1997 Excellence Award for the single, Top Units Producer for all of Collin County Texas for top units of

                    most sales transactions by an individual broker/agent member of the Collin County Association of

                     REALTORS.

             12.)   1992, 1993, and 1994,  Top Ten Units Producer for all the Greater Dallas MetroTexas MLS.

             13.)    1993, Top Overall Units Producer for the Collin County Assocation of REALTORS, and

                       excellence award winner for most sales by an individual broke/agent member.

          There are many other awards including Realtor of the Year from the Dallas Homes and Apartment Builders

           in 1985 and Tops in the entire Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex "Rookie of the Year" going all the way back to

           her first years in the industry, to support her long-term list of achievements, and 30 year tract record,

           and all will not be outlined here at this time.
