| Jeanine Ortiz was my Realtor for the home my partner and I purchased in Crompond two months ago. Ms Ortiz was always available for any questions that we had (and as first time homebuyers we had a LOT!!).. Furthermore, she also was available to us at home, cell and even via Email.... | Ms. Ortiz I would like to start by saying how happy I am with all the hard work that you have done. You listed my house on February 15,2004 found a buyer with the first showing and now we are closing next week, not to mention all the time and dedication you took driving me around to find me a house which we should now be closing by the middle of May. I can not be any happier due to the fact that I had listed my house with a (Large Franchise) back in October 25, 2004 with listed agent we had no open house and we never got not even one offer to my house all I got was a MLS # for my house.
