Get to Know Jeff R. Geoghan
Jeff Geoghan is a seasoned Marketing Manager with Coldwell Banker Realty, overseeing a large region in central and southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, including major metropolitan areas.
A Penn State marketing graduate, Jeff’s career spans roles at Nabisco and Ernest & Julio Gallo, followed by marketing leadership at May Department Stores, where he also spearheaded their e-commerce launch. With an MBA from Dowling College in New York, Jeff transitioned into real estate, establishing a leading internet marketing-based business and a top-ranked regional website. He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004.
His expertise in social media, personal branding, and reputation management led to his role as VP and CMO at Coldwell Banker Select Professionals. Following the company’s acquisition, he continued as Marketing Manager with Coldwell Banker Realty, expanding his reach to include the Philadelphia sales division. Today, he manages marketing efforts for 19 offices, supporting recognition events, marketing activities while supporting over 1,800 agents.
Jeff’s work has earned him national recognition, including features in the Wall Street Journal and on television. He is also a co-host of the “In The Blue Zone” real estate marketing podcast.
