Financing As your Real Estate Professional I would like to suggest that you become pre-approved for a loan before selecting a home to purchase. This process will help you:

Determine the price range you can afford. Understand the types of loans you qualify for. Determine what your monthly payment will be. Estimate the down payment and closing costs.  It's very important that you know the difference between pre-approval and pre-qualification! 

Escrow and Closing...  Our commitment to you is to handhold you through this process as well, and make sure that you completely understand what you are signing, and make sure that this happens in a timely manner.  We will meet with you either in person, or online to address the disclosures, the escrow instructions, the title report, and all the other items that come in along the way... Once these are out of the way, we will address contingencies, and work towards scheduling your closing!
