Meet the Team

Jennifer Black is a licensed REALTOR® and Associate with Terry Balfour. She has been working with Terry for the past 14 years and has a total of 18 years real estate experience.   Jennifer has lived in Kelowna for over 30 years - believing that Kelowna truly is the most beautiful place to live.   Jennifer was the recipient of the "Rookie of the Year" award in 2008. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and works closely with Buyers and Sellers to ensure that our level of service is consistently excellent.    

Tim Stanfield has been a licensed Realtor® with RE/MAX Kelowna since 2005 and has over 20 years of International Marketing and Public Relations experience.Tim's specialty is building long-term relationships with his clients and he believes that excellent service and communication are the keys to his being a successful Realtor.   Tim has called Kelowna home for the past 8 years, prior to that he was in the UK for 5 years but most of his life was spent in the Calgary area.   Tim is passionate about Real Estate and his chosen profession, and he feels extremely fortunate to live in the Okanagan Valley.      

Terry Balfour has been a licensed REALTOR®with 30 years of real estate experience. Within this time period, Terry has consistently been the #1 RE/MAX Kelowna REALTOR®for over 10 years. Terry has received the prestigiousLife Time Achievement Award, consecutive Platinum Club Awards, Hall of Fame and Presidents Club Awards,and was the #3 realtor for RE/MAX Western Canada in 2002.   Terry is a proven performer, with excellent people skills,a focused and unrelenting work ethic, and an unparalleled commitment to service his clients.   Terry is currently unlicensed concentrating on client and listing management.    

Ceinwen Morgan recently joined the team, but offers extensive real estate experience. This local girl has been in this industry now for 5 years, starting off her real estate career at RE/MAX Action, Fort St. John and then making her way back home to RE/MAX Kelowna.   Ceinwen brings energy and savvy marketing ideas to the team and with her knowledge of the local community this all makes her a tremendous asset.
