What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers? I came to Las Cruces in 1987 from Los Angeles, California. I have watched our little town turn into a mid-sized city. I am always excited when I am showing off the area to someone who has just arrived and has not had the oppurtunity to experience the inspirational beauty of Las Cruces. In order to better educate my customers, I am a firm believer in lots of education for myself. I started working on my Certified Residential Specialist and I have had that designation for about 3 years. All Realtors must have 30 continuing hours to renew their license. I always go a lot higher than that! I am now working on getting my e-pro designation.
