Passionate about providing our customers with outstanding service and delivering exceptional results, my husband, Jesse, and I have sold more than $150 million in real estate over the last 13 years. Prior to our real estate careers in Florida, we were REALTORS in Maryland where we headed a top producing real estate team. We continue to work as a small team here in Southwest Florida and believe that having two full-time REALTORS available for you is essential for giving you the service you deserve.
Before our careers in real estate, we were educators for the Baltimore County Public Schools where we held a variety of teaching and administrative positions. Having a background in education helps us to effectively plan, organize, and communicate all aspects of each real estate transaction with our customers.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, we purchased a second home in the Park Shore community of Naples, Florida, where we now reside full-time, so we understand the many facets involved with primary home ownership and second home ownership as well as those involved with relocation. | Our family wants to thank you for the very successful handling of the sale of our home in, we’re sure, the shortest time frame possible. You accomplished our initial meeting, assessment, photography, listing and sale in the unbelievable span of 10 days. We originally chose you because we noted you had a number of previous sales in the somewhat remote area where our property was located, and we thought your husband and wife teamwork would give us the experience of two people working for our benefit. We were hopeful we could sell our home and make a move into a senior community within a 2-3 month period of time. You far exceeded our expectations. | Jesse and Jeri are a terrific team that covered all the bases. They were honest when I needed to hear the truth; answered phone calls immediately even when they were out of town; understood exactly what I was looking for; and negotiated a great price.
