Jerry Samson is a Florida native and moved to Lee County in 1999 from Bradenton. He joined the Century 21 Gulf Coast Realty brokerage in August of 2018 relocating from Century 21 Selling Paradise. He wholeheartedly believes in the Century 21 brand and it's commitment to be relentless, as he can also be described. The tools and training he has received from Century 21 truly makes him a force to be reckoned with and Jerry is extremely passionate in the real estate industry.

He provides constant communication with all of his customers whether they are sellers, buyers or both while taking on the obstacles that may appear within a transaction, allowing for a smooth customer experience. Jerry's success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his customers by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.

Jerry has been awarded the Client Protection Expert (CPE) designation, demonstrating his proficiency in Home Inspection practices and standards. He's been enjoying his new venture as a volunteer with Habitat 4 Humanity of Lee and Hendry County which began in January 2019.

When Jerry isn't working he enjoys catching up with his friends, cooking, laying at the pool or taking in a great movie now and then.
