I was a  contractor since 1970 specializing in electrical troubleshooting and a property manager who worked for the USAR for 8 years in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. I have a working knowledge of electrical (single and three phase) systems, heating and cooling sytems, plumbing, solar systems, general contracting, etc. I am a licensed real estate agent in N.Y. working in Orange, Rockland, Westchester and Putnam counties.
