Get to Know Jessica Phillips

I love my job! I am a full time Residential Real Estate Agent, assisting buyers and sellers in Seattle and surrounding areas achieve their goals.

A special note to buyers: you are my specialty! Sellers have an agent on their side - you need someone to go to bat for you! It never costs anything for buyers to have their own agent (sellers pay commission to both their agent and the buyer's agent). House hunting can be fun and stressful at the same time, but I enjoy it so much. And I leave no stone unturned!

If someone were to ask what my greatest strength is, I would have to say communication. If you call, 99% of the time I will answer the phone. Otherwise I get back to you within a few minutes. If you have questions, I will find the answers. If you want to go see a home today or meet with me, I will be able to accommodate you - even Saturday night at 8pm.

As a home-buyer and seller myself, I know how exciting, stressful and sometimes frustrating the process can be! Call me today and I will be your advocate on this journey, keeping your interests above everyone else's. I promise you won't be disappointed!

I am fortunate to have a wonderful husband and two boys that never sit still for a minute! (Really I feel like I have THREE boys, but I digress….). We lived in upstate New York where we owned a comic and game shop and lived in a rural environment (cow tipping, anyone?). We made the move to the Seattle area to take advantage of the exciting urban life of Seattle and to experience the wonderful suburban neighborhoods, perfect for family life and the near-limitless outdoor activities. I am an avid reader and enjoy hiking, cross-stitch, theater, and get-togethers to play poker and board games with friends. If you want to talk comics, my husband would be happy to accomodate you:)
