About Me

From an early age I had an interest in real estate. I attribute this to my family's history. As a young adult I would help my grandfather, a real estate agent, set up open houses and I would find myself emerged in the whole process. My mother, an accountant, also helped peak my interest in the financial world by educating me on numerous things including how to file various tax returns. I knew I wanted to get into this field but at that time I didn't know what facet of the business area I would concentrate on. Then I finally found my niche with CHL Mortgage.

Before Mortgage Banking 

Before entering into this career I built a home services business from the ground up. My passion grew for helping owners, and at the same time while growing my company I developed knowledge of all aspects of business. To this day the company is still growing and thriving. 

 My Passion

I am proud to be part of Team Gionis. We work together and excel at helping people purchase homes. We also educate them throughout the entire process. I have 10 years of hands on experience in real estate, business and accounting which couples with 25 years of experience from the largest New York Lender. This means that myself and my team can handle all situations no matter how complex.
