Jeff Sold Our House In Just 3 Days! 

When we called Jeff to help us sell our Brandywine house - we were in a hurry.

We Finally Got Our "Expired Listings" SOLD!...

When our contract was due to expire with the previous realtor, which was a year, we contacted Jeff and sat with him explaining the past experience and how we did not want to go through another year of sitting on properties.  We also did not want to drop the cost of our properties substantially.

We decided to sign on with Jeff from the Garvey Group / Keller Williams.  I cannot begin to tell you the difference we saw from the get go.  Jeff had a strategy on how he was going to approach marketing our homes without scarring off customers by having them all listed at once.  I was amazed at how quickly he got them sold.
