Get to Know James Giacalone

I am a full-time real estate professional who does nothing but help people get educated in the real estate buying, selling and investing. No second job, no other source of income. Here are some of the things I bring to the table:

1) Education is my top priority. I help people understand all the critical issues in order to get the best possible deal within the time frame they want.

2) When I'm with you, I'm only with you. In other words, so you get 110% of my attention, I will not answer or make any calls unless you want me to.

3) All clients have different needs. It's up to me to see that they are met. It may be as little a week to close on a house or 10 years. Regardless of time frame, you are the most important customer I have when we are together.

4) Team approach. I have a team of people and businesses that are ready and able to serve you. Whether it to help get your house ready for sale or provide expert inspection advise on a home your just purchased.

5) Expert knowledge of the area. I've lived and worked in the Ann Arbor area for nearly 20 years. There isn't too much I don't know about the community. If you have a question about the area, just ask! If I don't know the answer, I'll bet you I know who does know the answer.

6) The strength and power of the fastest growing real estate company in the history of real estate is behind me! Keller Williams provides a strong and supportive enviroment for the growth of it's agents. We value top level education and sence of community. We put our customer's needs and values far above our own.

7) Consultant rather than just another real estate agent. Most agents are focused on one thing... getting the sale. I would rather get a 'No' from a customer and walk away know that is what my customer wanted, rather than trying to 'sell' and idea to someone. I'm in the business for the long run. If I put my needs above the needs of my clients, I'm not going to be in business very long. Would you refer someone who took advantage of you? Of course not!! Neither would I.

Certifications

My main focus has always been in residential real estate and I've always been in the top 10% of area real estate professionals. However, I do commercial real estate from time to time. I'm well educated in both and provide a wide range of services in all aspects of real estate.  On the rare occassion I can't best represent my client's interest, I'll refer them out to someone who will be able to better handle thier needs. Remember, the needs of my clients are far more important than my own personal needs.
