Get to Know Jay Ginsberg

In his 39 years of practicing Real Estate, veteran Top Producer Jay Ginsberg has marketed and sold well over a thousand properties. As a successful Realtor and Broker, Jay combines aggressive professionalism and approachable flexibility with a clear understanding of the market and how it functions.  Born in Paterson, New Jersey and raised in Fair Lawn, Jay moved to Bucks County after graduating from Temple University. Falling in love with Bucks County’s beauty and history, his varied interests included careers in health food wholesale, a bicycle shop and architectural antiques. The common theme of providing superior service eventually led him to real estate. Jay’s favorite part of being a realtor is:  “The sale and purchase of real estate is often the most important and the most expensive asset for my clients. This is where they live, or where they will work, or what they are investing in. I really enjoy that this is so very important financially and emotionally and that I can provide such a positive impact on this most important event.”Jay is proud of his loving, close and diverse family. With four grown children; two daughters and two sons, he is familiar first-hand with life’s transitions and is able to provide his clients with the stability, understanding and know-how that comes with experience.
