Cortiers Real Estate was developed on 3 principals of service.  We believe everyone should interview an agent with these 3 things in mind: Marketing, Professionalism, and Customer Service. 

Update for 2010:  We still offer the absolute best listings service in the country but we had to rethink our strategy in 2009.  The reason was our focus was on high end listings and we spend a considerable amount of money on our listings, but in 2009 high end homes stop selling in Texas.  So, we decided to be selective on our listings since there was an average of 6 years worth of inventory on the market.  The answer for us was to focus on Buyer leads and the #1 place to find buyer leads is on the internet. 

We spent the entire year of 2009 developing the best online search for real estate and we launched it in 3 major markets and their secondary markets.  Our new company goal is to provide the absolute best Buyer Customer Service in the industry.  See our sites and market areas here:




From 2008: We spent over a year developing what we contend as the "Best" marketing package in the country for residential real estate.  We looked at everything in the market place and took the very best pieces and made them much better, and we are offering them for every listing we service.   

Our company is owned by a former commercial broker and a real estate attorney who pride themselves on paying attention to details, and maintain that level of professionaliam throughout the company.  We require our associates to have 2 years experience and a strong track record to be considered for Cortiers, so you know you have a professional working for you.

We know one of the biggest complaints from clients is a lack of communication, so we built corporate brand standards to provide unparallel customer service.  Our associates guarantee a return phone call within 24 hours, but usually within the hour, and if it does not happen then your next lunch is on our broker.  It is a Cortiers standard to deliver weekly email updates to our clients and bi-weekly phone call updates, and we make this a priority.
