I have a passion for real estate and am a full-time real estate consultant.   As a lifelong New Jersey resident, growing up in Hunterdon County, I truly love the “Garden State” and everything it has to offer. For the past seven years, I have resided in Morris Township in Morris County, where I am a homeowner, real estate investor and landlord. My experience navigating real estate challenges both personally and for my clients helps me give you the upper hand through the entire process from the initial consultation through negotiations, inspections and even beyond the closing table. I come to the table with a team of experts that will help support and deliver the results you desire before, during and after the sale or purchase of a home. My network extends to a large pool of buyers and top Realtors not only in Morris County but across the country.   Before entering real estate, I received a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and spent several years as a public relations executive and social media consultant for Fortune 500 clients such as Disney, Verizon, Shell and Hasbro before making the transition to real estate.   As effective communication is the cornerstone of any successful home sale, having a professional who is a facilitator between all the parties involved in the process is paramount. I leverage customized, strategic marketing to effectively promote and sell properties. By utilizing cutting-edge internet techniques, including marketing through social media, blogging, online advertising and traditional tactics I am able to reach a large pool of qualified buyers. I also employ direct-mail, geo-targeted marketing and extensive networking to get homes sold quickly.   For buyers, I am able to provide properties to you before they are seen on top real estate websites. I also network with a huge pool of agents so I often know about great properties before they even come on the market. I have worked with first-time buyers to seasoned investors, so I can ensure you are educated, informed and able to have a seamless and smooth purchase. Growing up in Hunterdon County, attedning school at Rutgers in New Brunswick, I am a Jersey guy through and through.  For the past six years, I have lived in Morris Township less than a mile from the Morristown Green.

I spend much of my time working in the areas of Morristown, Morris Township, Morris Plains, Madison, Chatham, Denville, and roughly a half hour radius of Morristown, into Hunterdon, Essex, Union, and Somerset counties. 

I work with many first-time buyers who are looking to put down permanent roots in the Morristown area. I work with home sellers throughout Morris County and specialize in listing homes in the Morristown and Morris Township area. Many of my clients are transfers in and out of the area as well as young professional and young families who are looking to make the Morristown area their homes. 

Having been a real estate investor and landlord for several years, I also work with investors, landlords and rentals.
