I've had a Broker's license since 1996. I have a Graduated Realtor Institue (GRI) & an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation plus 22 years of real estate experience & have been a member of BNI (Business Networking International) since 2000.
Over the last dozen years I have served on & off the Paul Bunyan Board of Realtors (PBBR). In 2006 I was Realtor of the Year & 2008 I was President of PBBR & have served as Treasurer & a Director. I believe in being involved & am constantly investing in education to help serve clients better.
In 2001 I purchased the first EXIT Realty franchise for Northern Michigan & 2007 sold it to focus on what I do best; "Helping People Obtain the American Dream!" I love to help people buy, sell, lease & invest in real estate!
I am a member of the Cadillac Area Chamber of Commerce, Cadillac Visitor's Bureau, Cadillac West Seventh-day Adventist Church, serve on the Board of West Central Michigan Media Ministries & Strong Tower Radio 91.9 FM. Have been involved with the Homebuilders Association, a school board member, many missionary trips to build churches & schools in Mexico & Bolivia & love helping with Project Christmas.

We also live on a 334 acre working beef farm in Boon, MI. We currently farm about 1200 acres of corn, hay, oats & wheat. Of course there are barns, grain bins, lots of tractors & equipment along with the cows, chickens, cats & a dog!
