Communication is so very important. I believe in scheduling weekly communication time, even if there is no further information to provide from last time. With each  discussion something comes out of it, either scheduling a open house to push the property more, or discussing a option you felt was important but now feel isn't. By always communicating I feel it helps me to serve my client better and ensures them that I am there always working toward helping them obtain their goals in real estate.

   As your agent I understand that everyone is not the same, just as each agent is different, so are each client. What works in selling or buying one home will not work for another.          

   With me as your agent, you can be sure that your interest will always be upper most in my mind. That no matter how hard it may get I will always work for your interest but I will also be honest, no sugar coating things, when there is something that is wrong or needs to be corrected. I will be straight forward, as any delay may cost you that one buyer, or your dream home to be missed. After all that is everyone's goal, to be satisfied with their end result in the real estate process.
