| Comments: I am writing this to recommend a Pat on the Back!! We had been looking for a home and was pre approved and had worked and saw other homes with several different realtors. They either would show us and then no follow up, would email us homes but never called us or if we called them never responded back. We really wanted to get the ball rolling and were out driving and being frustrated and I just thought I would stop in at the office of yours and Jimmy talked with me. We went over and sold the home right away and decided to place a bid on it. Helped much in getting everything done. He followed through, called us, kept us inform and always responded to us within a timely fashion to answer our questions.
