John and Karen have been practicing Real Estate for 18 years. Life before Real estate was pretty exciting for this  couple. John was from a Family three generations in the technical end of Show Business, (lighting, sound, scenery etc.). He is  a veteran of over 200 different Broadway Shows, numerous Rock Concerts and had a major production role on the original Live Aid Concert. He also worked on National Network Camera Crews, (CBS, NBC, ABC and PBS), covering the top news stories of the day and filmed award winning documentaries. He also had a 5 year position with 60 Minutes, winning an Emmy for lighting the story, "The Dancer". 

After graduating Temple University, Karen pursued her lifelong love of Dancing and relocated to New York City to be where the action was. She lived there for 10 years, landing roles as a singer/dancer in such shows as "My Fair Lady" on Broadway, dancing at Radio City and at the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center and touring with "Guys and Dolls", "South Pacific", "My One and Only"and "42nd Street", where as luck would have it, she met John. After a 3 year courtship, they married and settled in the Philadelphia suburbs. Wanting to raise a Family, they decided to leave Show Business behind them and find a business where they could employ their people skills. They chose Real Estate because it allowed them to meet  really nice people and gave them satisfaction assisting people finding their dream, a New Home. They bring to Real Estate the same energy and "razzle dazzle" that followed them through their Show Business careers. 

John has his Brokers License, Karen her Sales Associate License and they are both New Construction Specialists. Karen is also accredited in Short Sales. They have won numerous top industry Awards, the most recent being inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
