I am an 11 year professional of mortgage lending. I spent the first 10 years of my career with Wells Fargo Mortgage, and recently have spent the past year and a half on the mortgage banking side with Primary Residential Mortgage.
I graduated from UCSB with a degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting, so number crunching is one of my specialties.
Currently, I am the chapter President of AREAA Las Vegas and am the Chairman for the 2012 AREAA National Conference.
I know a lot of people have been in this industry for just as long as I have or longer.... but it doesn;t always mean they know what they are doing!
What seperates me from the rest of the loan officers you run across, is I actually know my guidelines inside and out, and am a problem solver. Anyone can input an application, hit a decision engine button, and have a processor finish the loan. It takes a professional to do a full analysis on each loan, and that is what I do.
From FHA to VA to Homepath to Jumbos, we do it all...
I started this blog to try to get the correct information about the loan process out to the professionals in my community so they don't run in to the same problems I have been fixing over the past 5 years.
