I have been licensed since 1988. I obtained the GRI designation in 1992 and both the CRS designation and Broker's license in 1993. My wife and I purchased the company from the founder in 1998. I have served as President of my local Realtor Association and state CRS chapter. In 1992 and 2002 I was named Realtor of The Year of the local Association. The local Association has elected me to the position of State Director over 10 years of my career. Oregon CRS Chapter named me CRS of the year in 2004. Twice I have served on the Oregon Association of Realtors Executive Committee and have chaired two state committees in addition to serving on several committees. In 2006 I was elected to City Council and appointed Mayor in 2010.
Residential sales to people regardless of their economic strata is my passion. My goal is to find each client a home that meets all their needs for less money than they expect to spend or are qualified to borrow. Providing information and tools to buyers and sellers so they can make fully informed decisions is a personal and office policy. All parties to the transaction must be satisfied to be successful.
