I come from a backround and belief system that is simple and direct on two issues.

I started my business career as an entrepreneur at the age of 21 in the state of Arizona right after graduation from College in West Virginia.

My first company was related to Insurance. As an Insurance Agent with the Number ONE Insurer in Arizona in 1981  I grew my multiline agency to record levels.  I was promoted to Management for the same company and stayed on for a 20 year career.

My other love is the financial markets. I hold a series 7, 24 and 4 and help people manage their investments portfolios in addition to their REAL ESTATE Holdings.

My clients compose a diverse group of individuals, who share a common thread: they trust me to help them make intelligent decisions as they work toward their goals. I provide education and consultation on all of the related issues of purchasing Real Estate. My long term commitment is to my clients and their families. .

I believe that nothing about life, or investing, is entirely risk-free. I believe there is no substitute for knowledge, experience or integrity. 

I understand that every client is different, and therfore every home we look for must be different.

On the personal side I stay busy with his wife and Real Estate partner Sheri Patton, 5 children, 3 dogs and one cat.  I stay fit in body and mind by walking everyday and practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.
