| From the time I moved into my new home in 2000, Keller Williams Realty caught my eye from the beginning because of Jody Siano, had extremely creative marketing techniques. Even though I wasn’t even thinking of selling right after the purchase of my new home, I remember thinking – If I ever sold this house, I would call Jody solely because of her marketing ideas. 6½ years later, I contacted Jody Siano regarding the sale of my East Windsor home. She was very informative, had plenty of supporting documentation and articles and ultimately produced an array of comparables for me to review. Jody knew everything about my neighborhood, the local surrounding areas, schools and services. She described her aggressive marketing techniques and made me feel confident that the sale of my home would be publicized dramatically. Her rates were fair, I knew exactly when my MLS listing would take place; she presented multiple open house dates, and already had color ads planned. But complicating the sale of my home were two factors: I intended to vacate my house while it was being sold and the housing market had recently started to plummet. I relied on Jody to completely manage the showings, maintenance, procedural filings and sale of my home. During the 6 months it was on the market, Jody dealt with numerous obstacles. Jody managed, with great enthusiasm and diligence, the ENTIRE sale of my home.
